If within 14 days of receiving your order from corumproducts.com, you’ve had a change of mind about your purchase of a FULL-SIZED, UNOPENED product, the item can be returned to us for a refund, less shipping costs. Please ensure that returns are well-packaged. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels.
Once we receive your product back, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation e-mail. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
