You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
The plant-based ingredients in our products are better when fresh. To make sure your products perform to our high standards, we create small batches of each product. Sometimes we make our products after you place your order. Usually, it will take 1-3 days to process your order before it ships.
Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
We currently ship to the continental U.S. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
If you live overseas, you can order our products if you ship them to a US address. There are package forwarding services that will provide you with a US address to use when shopping online. Once the products arrive at their warehouse, they will ship the products to your address.
Your order might take a little longer to arrive, but if you don’t mind waiting, choose “Free Shipping” at checkout. (We don’t recommend long shipping times in hot weather.) Other shipping options will be shown on the checkout page.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
